Only when this request is fully filled out and received, can a proper reply be given. A deposit is required prior to every tattoo.

Jose works and showcases in Southern California (Fullerton). Once a request form has been submitted and received, you will receive a detailed reply via email regarding the specifics of your piece, such as price and scheduled dates and location. 

Each submission is carefully considered based on those who share the values of Jose's work. We are truly honored for every request that is submitted, however not all projects are accepted.

1. Appointments are confirmed after deposit is received.
2. Deposits are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
3. Deposit fee of $100.
